Privacy Policy for Tap Fruit Wipeout

Last updated: January 6th, 2026

Privacy Policy

Your privacy preferences are our top priority, and we will refer to you solely as "you" throughout this document. This policy has been carefully crafted to provide a comprehensive yet clear outline of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used when you interact with our game¡ªhereafter referred to consistently as the "Application." We strongly recommend reading this policy in full to understand our privacy standards and practices. By launching the Application or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined here.

Information Collection and Usage

1.In-Game Interaction Data

We gather various data points related to your in-game actions, including (but not limited to) your tap frequency, pages/content you view, app launch history, permission settings, feature performance metrics, number of apps installed on your device, app package names, device brand, network status, firebase_device_id, device model, SIM card country of issue, system language, and advertiser-accessible cookies. This information is shared only with trusted third-party analytics tools: Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal data system (ECS).

2.    Device-Specific Details

To enhance your app experience, we collect device and network-related information (the specific data depends on your app usage, privacy settings, and features accessed). This may include SDK/API version, platform type, timestamps, app ID and version, unique device identifier, manufacturer, OS version, language, time zone, and network type (e.g., Wi-Fi). We also track the app¡¯s Google Play listing status, ad-loading methods, ad platforms, and ad delivery IDs. Data collected via your device¡¯s Android ID (categorized as personal information) is stored to monitor in-app ad-related activities.

3.    Ad-Related Data

Your Android advertising ID is used to deliver tailored ads, and this identifier is exclusively for advertising and analytics purposes. Note that it does not contain sensitive information that could identify you personally, nor is it linked to permanent device identifiers like SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI.

4.    Network Connection Information

When you use the game with an internet connection, we collect your network type (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data) and IP address. This ensures the stable operation of the game¡¯s network functions.

5.Third-Party Monetization and Analytics Data

Third-party SDKs integrated into the app may access certain user information, such as:

¡¤        Google AD ID: Used within Google¡¯s advertising ecosystem.

¡¤        Device data: e.g., device type, technical specs, and country of service access.

¡¤        Fraud-prevention data: To detect click fraud and protect ad system integrity.

¡¤        Demographic data: Derived from IP analysis to identify location trends.

¡¤        Advertising, marketing, and analytics data: Used by third-party SDKs to optimize campaigns, conduct research, and analyze user behavior.

¡¤        Advertiser-accessible cookies: Stored on your device or retrievable by advertisers.

Data collected by these SDKs is governed by their respective privacy policies. Third parties include monetization partners (e.g., Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource) and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Facebook Analytics, our internal systems). Links to their policies are provided in the "Third-Party Partner Privacy Policies" section below.

Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Our handling of your personal data aligns strictly with this policy¡¯s objectives, and such processing is grounded in the following legal frameworks:

1.Contractual Requirement

Processing your personal information is often necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you¡ªfor example, using your registration details to grant access to the platform and its features.

2.Statutory Obligations

We process data to comply with applicable laws (e.g., maintaining accounting-compliant financial records, or disclosing information to law enforcement when legally required).

3.Legitimate Business Interests

We process data to maintain our relationship with you (e.g., sending service updates), enhance service security, and share product information. This helps us improve services based on user feedback and elevate the overall experience.

4.Explicit User Consent

In some cases, we process data only with your explicit permission (e.g., placing non-essential cookies or sharing information for targeted advertising). Note that certain services/features may depend on this authorized processing to function as intended.

Methods of Information Collection

1.Automated In-Game Data Capture

When you launch the game, its built-in systems automatically collect the information noted above, in full compliance with this policy and relevant laws.

2.Data from Third-Party PlatformsIf you download the game via a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store), we may receive limited information (e.g., device identifiers, download records) in line with the platform¡¯s privacy policy and applicable laws.

Information Security and Protection

We prioritize the security of your personal information and implement robust safeguards (e.g., data encryption) to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Encryption is used for both data storage and transmission to ensure integrity during network transfers.

Strict access controls restrict data access/processing to authorized personnel only. Detailed access logs are maintained, and regular audits monitor compliance. Our game systems and servers undergo routine security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities, protecting against threats like hacking and malware.

Your Rights

1.Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent for data processing activities that rely on your prior permission at any time. This does not invalidate legally compliant processing conducted before withdrawal, nor does it affect third-party actions taken prior to withdrawal.

2.Right to Access and Modify

Under applicable laws, you may access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections as needed.

3.Right to Obtain and Rectify Information

Upon formal request, we will provide a free copy of your personal information (unless laws permit a reasonable fee for excessive requests). Access may be restricted if it would harm others¡¯ legitimate rights. If you cannot update inaccurate data via our channels, you may request we correct it.

4.Right to Request Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data if:

The data is no longer needed for its original purpose;

Processing was based on consent you have withdrawn;

You object to processing, and we lack compelling legitimate grounds to continue.

5.Right to Restrict Processing

You may request to restrict processing if:

o   You dispute the data¡¯s accuracy (processing is restricted during verification, which may temporarily affect service access);

o   You oppose unlawful processing and request restriction instead of deletion;

o   You need the data for legal claims after we no longer need it for original purposes, or during evaluation of whether our legitimate interests outweigh your objections.

Restricted data will only be processed with your consent, for legal claims, to protect third-party rights, or for public interest reasons. We will notify you promptly when restrictions are lifted.

6.Right to Object to Processing

If your data is processed based on consent, contract, or our legitimate interests, you may object under applicable laws. We may continue processing only if necessary for legal claims or permitted by law.

7.Notfication to Third Parties

If we have shared your data with third parties, we will notify them of your correction, deletion, or restriction requests (unless technically unfeasible or overly burdensome). We will also disclose these third parties¡¯ identities upon request.

8.Right Regarding Automated Decision-Making

Except for legal exemptions, you may avoid decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that could have legal or significant personal impacts.

9.Right to Data Portability

If your data is processed via contract, consent, or automation, you may request it in a structured, machine-readable format. If technically feasible and non-prejudicial to others, we will transfer the data directly to another controller as requested.

10.Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, contact us at ndstudio.ltd@gmail.com to resolve the issue. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, employment, or where the violation occurred.
