To improve your experience with the app, we gather details related to your device and network (the exact data depends on your app usage, privacy settings, and the features you access). This may include SDK/API version, platform type, timestamps, app ID and version, unique device identifier, manufacturer, OS version, language, time zone, and network type (such as Wi-Fi). We also track the app¡¯s status on Google Play, ad-loading methods, ad platforms, and ad delivery IDs. Android ID data from your device¡ªclassified as personal information¡ªis stored to monitor in-app advertising activities.
Various data points about your in-game behaviors are collected, including (but not limited to) tap frequency, pages or content you view, app launch history, permission settings, feature performance metrics, the number of apps installed on your device, app package names, device brand, network status, firebase_device_id, device model, SIM card country of issuance, system language, and cookies accessible to advertisers. This information is only shared with reliable third-party analytics tools: Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal data system (ECS).
When using the game with an internet connection, we collect your network type (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data) and IP address. This is necessary to ensure the stable operation of the game¡¯s network-related functions.
Your Android advertising ID is utilized to deliver personalized ads, and this identifier is solely for advertising and analytics purposes. Importantly, it does not contain sensitive information that could identify you personally, nor is it linked to permanent device identifiers like SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI.
Third-party SDKs integrated into the app may access certain user information, including:
l Google AD ID: Used within Google¡¯s advertising ecosystem.
l Device data: For example, device type, technical specifications, and the country where the service is accessed.
l Fraud-prevention data: To detect click fraud and safeguard the integrity of the ad system.

l Advertiser-accessible cookies: Stored on your device or retrievable by advertisers.
Data collected by these SDKs is governed by their own privacy policies. Third parties include monetization partners (such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource) and analytics tools (such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal systems). Information is collected through two main methods:
l Automated In-Game Data Capture: When you open the game, its built-in systems automatically collect the information mentioned above, fully complying with this policy and relevant laws.
l Data from Third-Party Platforms: If you download the game from a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store), we may receive limited information (such as device identifiers and download records) in accordance with the platform¡¯s privacy policy and applicable laws.
Our handling of your personal data strictly aligns with the objectives of this policy and is based on the following legal frameworks:
l Explicit User Consent: In some instances, we only process data with your clear permission (e.g., placing non-essential cookies or sharing information for targeted advertising). Note that certain services or features may require this authorized processing to function properly.
l Contractual Requirement: Processing your personal information is often necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you¡ªfor example, using your registration details to grant you access to the platform and its features.

l Right to Request Deletion: Upon a verifiable request, we will delete your data and instruct service providers to do the same¡ªexcept if we or third parties need the data for: providing your requested services; fixing system errors; complying with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; conducting public or peer-reviewed research (in the public good, compliant with ethics and privacy rules); or fulfilling legal obligations.
l Data Retention: We may retain your data longer if you provided consent (and have not withdrawn it) or to meet legal obligations. If the game ceases operations, all personal data will be permanently deleted.
l Processing Requests: We aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days (extendable to 90 days with notification and explanation). We do not charge fees unless requests are excessive or repetitive, in which case we will explain the rationale and provide a cost estimate first.
l Non-Discrimination: Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in unfair treatment (e.g., denied service, discriminatory pricing, or lower-quality service).
l Minors¡¯ Data: Our services are not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we inadvertently collect data from users under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians of minors under 13 should contact us to remove such data. Users aged 13¨C16 require explicit opt-in consent; their parents or guardians may also contact us with concerns.
Protecting children¡¯s privacy is a key priority for us. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children¡¯s online activities. If your child shared personal information without authorization, please contact us immediately¡ªwe will permanently delete the data.
